Iran, Armenia jointly produce ‘Tear’ film

Iranian-Armenian joint production 'Tear' by Reza Hosseinabadi is to be up, the Iranian director has announced.

Hosseinabadi told Iranian media that his new production ‘Tear’, featuring actors from Iran and Armenia, will be produced in cooperation with both countries.

According to the film’s director, he has cast Iranian actors Amir Mohammad Zand, Majid Moshiri, Babak Nouri, Farzad Farzam and Amir Sahraei in different roles of the movie.

‘Tear’ also features some Armenia actors and will be entirely shot in the small, landlocked country.

The movie follows the story of four Iranian young people who migrate together in pursuit of their dreams but fall victim of a guy named David.
